Clinical Supervision
Stacy provides Clinical Supervision for non-Independently Licensed Clinicians in Arizona. She is an LPC who has several years of experience as a Board Approved Supervisor.
Stacy charges $150 hourly for supervision, including all documentation review, contracts, Board reporting (required every 6 months), and logging of supervision and hours. The rate is $200 hourly when a site visit is involved, which is required every 60 days. Supervision is required to be held 1 hour for every 20 hours of direct client contact.
She would also be required to have access to your electronic medical record where you keep client notes.
Also just FYI, Stacy have been Board certified clinical supervisors since 2004 so she meets the requirements outlined by the Board for associate level supervision at a private practice.

She also holds current malpractice insurance and would require you to do the same.
