Background

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of experience working with a variety of people and presenting concerns. I started my career working with children ages 0-18 and their families (biological, foster, and adoptive) at a local non-profit agency. I have worked in an integrated care setting, treating adults with substance use and/or mental health related challenges. I have experience working in crisis settings.

I am a Board-approved clinical supervisor and would love to work with associate-level therapists to obtain independent licensure. Contact me for more information.

Approach.

I will help you explore how some of your past experiences and relationships may be related to your current challenges. I use a trauma-informed and "big picture" perspective to see you as a whole person - with me there is no judgment, only unconditional support. 

My approach is laid-back, humorous, and warm. I believe that comfort with your therapist is the main indicator of success in treatment. I look forward to working with you!​
