If you don't have time for a full hour of therapy and just want some fast a quick check in or a mini session may be the option for you.We can see the pandemic creeping in psychologically regarding the worry of safety or how to remain healthy. The stress is increasing for what we can handle, having crisis situations looming to take over. Many of us have never experienced a war situation, which has many corresponding aspects to what we now are experiencing. How are we supposed to act, behave, or manage our living situations. So many unanswered questions.
We would like to make therapy accessible to everyone and in an attempt to do this we are offering 2 new services: check-ins & mini sessions. Check-ins are 15 minute phone calls to touch base with a therapist. Mini sessions are 30 minutes long and can be done by phone or video to accomodate a short break in your busy day. |

- Once matched, we will email you the therapist's contact info, so that you may reach out to schedule your first online session.
- Before your initial session your therapist will send you a link to the SimplePractice EHR portal for you to setup a profile, view and sign your consent forms, and add your payment information.
