Stipulations.

• Consultation is NOT supervision and is not intended to replace supervision nor will it count toward supervision hours submitted to any licensing entity.
• Confidentiality is paramount and required on all cases discussed, relative to discussion held and cases reviewed. Please share only necessary information and maintain signed releases for clients discussed in meetings.
• Consultant will maintain a record of hours completed. 
• The cost for consultation is $85 for 1 hour of individual and $75 per 2-hour group.
• Cancellation requires 24 hours advance notice. If less than 24 hours notice Approved Consultant reserves the right not to issue a refund. A valid credit card is required to be on file. Charges will appear on the credit card statement descriptor as :COUNSELING/CONSULTATION. Disputed credit card fees will be charged a $15 service fee and any refunds will incur at 6% service fee. Unpaid balances may result in the removal of (or refusal of Consultant to document) documented hours.

For virtual consultation I am using ZOOM. If you are unable to access the video portion a call in number will be provided for phone access.
