Fees & Insurance
Each client begins therapy with an initial new client session (also called an intake). In this session the counselor obtains background information about you, your history, and the history of the problem you are facing. We develop a direction and treatment plan for your therapy and begin to establish and assess our therapy relationship.
Following the initial session appointments are called established client sessions.
Stacy accepts several major insurance plans (United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CBA Blue, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, & MVP on a single case agreement basis).
TJ accepts Optum and Aetna (coming soon - BCBS, Cigna, and MVP).
We are not able to accept all insurance plans. However, many insurance plans will reimburse some of the fee for out-of-network services. We are happy to provide a "super-bill" for you to submit to your insurance company. It is recommended that you call your insurance company to ask about out-of-network reimbursement.
You also have the option of using your HSA card to pay for your counseling services.
