Background

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in Arizona since 2016. My training started when I began working with individuals (youth and adults) and families living with cognitive or developmental disabilities to working with adults with psychological and/or substance use diagnoses.  My areas of interest include brain injury, hoarding, trauma, and grief/loss/ death/ dying. 

​I am trained in Cognitive Enhancement Therapy (CET), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP).
